Who We Are
Founder and Visionary: Rodney JonesI’m Rodney Jones, the founder of RE Jones Global LLC. I grew up in Oakland, California, where my passion for the entertainment world was sparked at an early age. The first concert I attended was at the Oakland Coliseum, where Tina Marie and Rick James performed.
That moment changed my life—I knew I had to be part of the magic of entertainment.

I got in the car in 1999 and I stayed in the car business until 2022 off and on. I did marketing Internet management desk manager sales manager salesman. Without musical talent of my own, I ventured into the business side of the industry. I founded Diamond Entertainment, a promotions company, and produced countless concerts, events, and parties in Austin, Texas, where I now live. nI’ve also managed several nightclubs, gaining hands-on experience in event production and operations.Along the way, I developed expertise in project management, contract negotiation, branding, and sponsorship acquisition.
These skills, combined with my extensive customer service experience from the automotive industry, have given me a unique approach to consulting, talent management, and brand development.Now, through RE Jones Global LLC, I’ve tied all my experience together into one mission: to help individuals and businesses thrive in the entertainment industry. Whether it’s developing talent, securing sponsorships, or building global brands, I’m here to guide my clients to success.
