Who We Are

R.E. Jones Global LLC is a veteran-owned, service-driven enterprise dedicated to providing operational excellence, consulting, compliance support, and organizational leadership across multiple sectors. Founded by Rodney E. Jones, an entrepreneur and executive with more than 20 years of experience in automotive leadership, business management, consulting, and community service, the company was created to support organizations that serve others.
After overcoming significant challenges early in life, Rodney rebuilt his career through discipline, education, and hands-on leadership. He has owned and operated multiple businesses, held key management roles in the automotive industry, and earned a degree in Business Management. His lived experience—as both a leader and someone who understands adversity—gives him the ability to build systems, strengthen operations, and support organizations with authenticity and vision.
Today, R.E. Jones Global LLC is the central hub for a growing family of companies focused on property development, consulting, nonprofit services, media, and community support. Through strategic management, operational leadership, and a commitment to high standards, we help mission-driven organizations operate with excellence.

Headquarters of Hope Foundation is the first mission-driven division of R.E. Jones Global LLC — created to provide safe, clean, and purpose-driven transitional housing for individuals committed to rebuilding their lives.
Founded by someone who has lived through incarceration, addiction, homelessness, and military service, this foundation was built with lived experience and lasting impact in mind.

Every home under Headquarters of Hope is tailored to meet the specific needs of underserved communities:

  • Hope House for Sobriety – for individuals committed to long-term recovery
  • Veterans Restoration Home – for homeless or at-risk veterans
  • Foster Hope Transition Home – for youth ageing out of the foster care system
  • Second Chance Reentry House – for formerly incarcerated individuals ready to reintegrate with purpose
These homes are more than shelters — they’re stepping stones to independence, complete with structure, support, mentorship, and access to community resources.
